Application Process: Step-by-Step Guide
- Job Offer and Sponsorship: Secure a job offer from a UK employer who holds a valid sponsorship license.
- Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS): Your employer will provide you with a Certificate of Sponsorship.
- Gathering Documents: Collect all necessary documents, including proof of identity, qualifications, and proof of English language proficiency.
- Online Application: Submit your application online, paying attention to accuracy and completeness.
- Biometrics and Supporting Documents: Attend a biometric appointment and submit any required supporting documents.
- Decision and Visa Issuance: Await a decision on your application, and upon approval, receive your Skilled Worker Visa.
