Quebec offers multiple programs for international skilled workers to live and work in Quebec. These are immigration programs for skilled workers.

  • Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP)
  • Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ – Québec experience program)
  • Permanent immigration pilot program for orderlies
  • Permanent immigration pilot program for workers in the artificial intelligence, information technologies and visual effects sectors
  • Permanent Immigration pilot program for workers in food processing

Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP)

This program is for applicant who wish to work permanently in Quebec. To be eligible for this program, Onarrive Overseas Consultants will help applicants to show interest in immigration to Quebec. If you profile met the eligibility criteria, you will receive an invitation to apply for permanent resident. Also these factors are considered such as Age, Language and Family members.

  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older;

Programme de I’experience Quebecoise (PEQ – Quebec experience program)

The Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ – Québec experience program) is for foreign student who is a Québec graduate or a temporary foreign worker. To settle permanently in Quebec you must submit an application if you meet all the eligibility requirement.

Conditions:

  • Temporary foreign workers
  • Québec graduates

Permanent immigration pilot program for orderlies

This pilot program allows applicant to settle permanently in Québec, if you are working in Québec temporarily. This pilot program launched on March 31, 2021 and it will be closed on January 1, 2026.

Conditions:

  • Strong French language in speaking to Level 7 on the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes;
  • Orderly work experience in Québec
  • Hold a job as an orderly while submitting your application
  • Proof of funds
  • Intend to settle in Québec to hold a job

Permanent immigration pilot program for workers in the artificial intelligence, information technologies and visual effects sectors.

This pilot program allows applicant to settle permanently in Québec. If you are:

  • An International foreign worker or a Québec graduate in artificial intelligence
    or
  • A International foreign worker in information technologies and visual effects

 

Each stream includes the two profiles:

  • Francophone
  • Francization.

This pilot program launched on April 22, 2021 and it will be closed on January 1, 2026.

Conditions:

  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older;
  • Proof of funds
  • Intend to settle in Québec to hold a job
  • High school diploma or a Québec diploma of vocational studies, obtained in a study program of at least one year, full time;
  • Hold an eligible job in an eligible sector in Québec;
  • You must have worked in eligible job for at least 24 months
  • Strong French language in speaking to Level 7 on the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes;

  • Personal information
  • Identification information
  • Status in Québec (If required)

  • Work experience Documents
  • If you have a job offer validated by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration;

No, It you file more than one expression of interest with the same details. The chances of getting invited will be zero and also it is not recommended to create two application simultaneously.

The list of supporting documents will be shared by the Professional Immigration team, you required these documents only when your application has been selected from the Immigration office.

Yes, your application can be updated during its entire validity period. For example change of family situation (marriage, divorce, new child, etc.) OR (Language Test results)

Yes, it can be declined. Once after that your expression of interest will be returned in the pool for the remaining period of validity of your EOI.
Note that, in the case of a specific invitation that affects a person who had already submitted an application in EOI for a selection invitation before August 2, 2018. This person cannot be invited again by the Minister under specific invitations when he or she declines the invitation
