There are multiple pathways to apply permanent resident to settle in Canada. Foreign workers, international students and candidates outside of Canada with the right skills, experience and education can apply to OINP for nomination.

To be eligible for this program applicant must have a valid express entry profile under graduate stream, have received an invitation to apply within two years of getting your graduate degree from an eligible designated learning institute.
To be eligible for this stream applicant must have an up-to-date profile with your most current work experience, language tests and education in the federal government’s Express Entry system, also you must have received a notification of interest from Ontario.
To qualify under the employer job offer streams must have a valid express entry profile in OINP e-filling portal, have received an invitation from to apply or a full time job offer from an Ontario employer. This category has three streams which operate under an expression of interest system.
Entrepreneur from outside of Canada who is looking to implement a new business concept or buy an existing business in Ontario can apply to this stream.
The federal fee is $1,325 to apply for permanent residence. And for per dependent child $225. ONIP Application fee $1,500-2,000
In order to be eligible for the Ontario Human Capital Priorities stream, a candidate must score minimum of 400 points or higher.
No, but if the candidate have a valid job offer from the Ontario employer they can apply under Foreign Worker stream that meets the following requirements.
As per ONIP announcement, the candidate can show expression of interest throughout the year in 2021 and you can show an expression of interest at any time. The programs available are Employer Job Offer: In-demand skills stream.
