The Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) allows applicants to nominate who meet eligibility criteria, for Permanent Resident Status.
As per Newfoundland and Labrador they will nominate up to 1,050 individuals annually through the NLPNP, through the Skilled Worker, International Graduate, and Express Entry-Skilled Worker categories.
First, Applicant must choose which of the categories they belong to (Skilled Worker, Express Entry Skilled Worker, or International Graduate). Applicant must meet the eligibility criteria and prepare the required supporting documents from Birth Certificates to work experience certificates.
Express Entry Skilled Worker – This stream is for international skilled workers who have valid Express Entry profile and a job offer from Newfoundland and Labrador employers.
Skilled Workers – This stream is for applicants who have a valid job offer from Newfoundland and Labrador employers OR already working in province on a valid work permit visa.
International Graduate – This stream is for recent NL graduates who have a post-graduate work permit with a job or job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer. Applicants from NLPNP international graduate category are granted to be employed in any occupation that is unrelated to their field of study at the time of application.
